What the study is about
This study offers an online group therapy called “UpLift Your Life”. It is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy CBT. It is for people referred for CBT in NHS Talking Therapies.
What participants do
They join a weekly group session by video call. They practise coping skills in the group. They also use a website with helpful information.
Who runs the groups
Experienced NHS therapists run the groups.
How the study is organised
There are five versions of the group course. Each version teaches the same skills but in a different order. People are randomly put into one of the five versions.

Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust.
