Our priorities are to:

• deliver safe, high-quality clinical research, which improves our reputation and attracts external funding
• increase opportunities for patients and communities to actively participate in and shape research that matters to them
• strengthen strategic partnerships at the local, regional, national and international levels
• develop and train expert staff who are proud to make a difference to people’s lives
• embed research and innovation into clinical practice, fostering and sustaining a positive research culture
• effectively communicate the impacts and outcomes of our research and innovation to communities and stakeholders
